10-Day Final Project

My Capstone project, Is an eCommerce website based around the administrator and customer. It allows the customer to add a product to their cart and purchase that product through PayPal. The customer is able to send a contact form with any questions to the administrator of the website that directly sends an email with the contents of their message to the designated email. Administrators have the ability to add, update or delete any products they desire. The backend is built using Express and it handles all CRUD API calls. MongoDB and Postman are utilized to access the different JSON objects stored in the database.

Hire Me Because…

I’m a hard worker, I’m committed to doing the very best work I can and I will put in the hours to make sure tasks are accomplished. I’m always trying to understand and learn more and I’m humble about the things I don’t fully understand.

Passion For Programming

My passion for programming comes from a deep desire to create and develop something new. Seeing a new concept or idea inspires me to try and build upon whatever idea I’ve seen. When I try something new and I find out it works exactly how I expected it to, it makes me extremely happy and confident in my abilities. Then slowly seeing a project come together piece by piece is just a different experience.

Three Words About My Professional Qualities

Reliable- Will be there every day ready to work.

Achiever – Setting a goal and keep going until you achieve it.

Solution-oriented- Focused on solutions, rather than focusing on problems.

Three Words That Describe The Best Role For Me

Flexible – work solo or with a team, either work for me.

Goal-Oriented – set a task and time and get it done.

Coordination – working with everyone involved to turn out the best product.

Watch My Capstone Presentation

A 10-day sprint that starts with each students’ idea. They are responsible for architecting this application, researching and learning any new languages or technologies to complete it, and build the final project. Since this is their crowning achievement during our course, instructors are very hands-off during the lifecycle of the development of their capstone.
